Philosophy

I believe that we are on earth to show up as our Authentic Selves and to be of service to others. It is my ongoing intention to improve the world so that my journey will leave a positive impact on those whose lives I have touched.

As healthcare providers, you and I fulfill the purpose of being of daily service to others. But just as passengers on airplanes are instructed during the onboard safety drill, we must each have our own oxygen mask on before helping anyone else put on theirs.

To this end, I offer Wellness Coaching to guide you back to a place of bringing the fullness of your Authentic Self to work.
